Running a Great Sale




Standard Sale - 4 weeks from Start to Finish

    28 days before the sale

  • You will complete the "Getting Started" form.
  • This will ask for the property address.
  • You will upload 10 'general' pictures.
  • You will upload 5 pictures of items that you believe may be more valuable.
  • You'll go through a checklist that has specific items (washer, dryer, refrigerator, car, tv, etc.)
  • Will you have access to wireless?
  • How many people will be helping you, leading up to the sale, and on sale day?
  • Do you have a limit on the number of days for the sale?
  • Is the goal to clear out as much as possible from the property?
  • Did the owner have any specific items that they collected, or a hobby that would be part of the sale? (Example, many older men have tools from woodworking, or a darkroom for photography, etc.)

Our works starts

We will work with the data you've provided, and come up with a plan to achieve your goals. We may, if you like, contact you by phone. It may be best to talk things out, so that we're on the same page, and that you feel confident with the plan.

Downsizing, or clearing the items from your parent's home can be a difficult time. Our goal is to help you achieve the highest return, while keeping in mind how involved you want to be.

Another factor to consider is, what do you have to sell? You may not have been a fan of your dad's comic book collection, but that doesn't mean it has no value. You need to detach yourself from preconceived ideas about what your items are worth.
